What is Lighthouse?

Lighthouse Editions is a small specialist independent company publishing exclusively in the Gurdjieff related field. Producing books of a high quality in a print on demand format enables us to keep titles in print over a long period, with world-wide distribution.

Dr. Daren Kemp

Daren Kemp is co-editor of the Journal of New Age Studies and co-organises conferences on Alternative Spiritualities and New Age Studies. Dr Kemp is editor of the newsletter for Christians Awakening to a New Awareness and webmaster for Meta Net, linking Christian and spiritual networks.

Dr Kemp is the author of "The Christaquarians? A Sociology of Christians in the New Age" and "New Age: A Guide" (both available from www.Christaquarian.net). He completed his doctoral thesis in the sociology of religion at King's College London and is a Chartered Secretary living in London with his wife and young daughter.
